"We stayed in this hidden gem for 2 nights with another couple. We rented a Superior Villa with a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms but upon arriving we were surprised to see that it was a lot smaller than the photos led us to believe. It would be better for a family then 2 couples as the bedroom with the double bed only had a privacy curtain. "We ended our first trip to Costa Rica, in Uvita, at Nature's Edge. We travelled the Pacific Coast, but it wasn't until we got to Uvita that we experienced the true jungle. "Beautiful setting. Pond with foliage all around. A bit secluded though. Rooms were amazing. Open spaces in room & large shower area. You can definitely hear the jungle. It felt like glamping in the jungle. The breakfast was delicious & homemade. At your convenience as well. Wish there was meat though. Hosts were lovely & friendly. Very accommodating. "We absolutely loved our time at Casa Horizonte. The view is gorgeous and the hosts could not have been nicer. We had 2 families traveling together with 8 children and they were so helpful. The house is a little bit of a walk up a hill but totally worth it for the views. Don Pedro drove all of our bags up for us. We hired Martin to cook us delicious dinners 2 of the nights so we didn’t have to take all the kids out to restaurants. It was a perfect stay."

"If you are looking to see wildlife, this is your place! The layout of the property is wonderful. We explored the rocks just off the beach and found a tidal pool.
