The Kitchen bar opens to the living area.

**Spring Break Requirement: Minimum age is 28 years old**

This is a reminder that during Spring Break, security wristbands will be required at Saida Towers and Royale Beach & Tennis Club. Anyone staying at the Saida Towers and Royale Beach & Tennis Club between the ages of 10 – 32 years of age or considered to be participating in Spring Break activities will be required to purchase and wear a security wristband. This policy will be enforced from
March 4, 2023 – April 9, 2023.

The cost per wristband will be $25 plus tax (17%). Owner’s son(s) or daughter(s) will be the only guest allowed to obtain a free security wristband (Proper Identification Required). Everyone else will be required to purchase a security wristband. The security wristbands may be purchase at Island Services or at the security guard shack. Any lost or broken wristbands will result in guest having to purchase another wristband.

Please make sure that your guests are aware, as they will be asked to leave the property immediately if they do not have a valid security wristband. This policy will be strictly enforced by security.

Extremely convenient

I loved being so close to the beach and having a couple restaurants and shops right in fron of the condo. I never had to get into my car to go anywhere after arriving and there and that's a huge plus for me! The pool and hot tubs were so nice. The security was also super strict which I appreciate for safety reasons.

Amazing view, great location, very nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was a great location, clean and nicely decorated, and the resort itself was awesome with 3 pools, hot tubs, beach access and bar! The only reason we rated it a 4 was because they didn't have little touches like shampoo, conditioner, soap, beach towels. Would have been nice to not have to worry about that!

Outstanding view of the beach and very clean!

My friends and I came down for the weekend and absolutely loved this place. The place was very spacious, clean and had everything we could of needed. It was very easy to get to the room and getting the key was a breeze. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone. It was also priced very affordable.

Condo was in great condition with new appliances. It is very clean and very modern. The view from the room was excellent. The lock on the door was a little difficult at times. Great stay overall and will stay again.

We walked into a beautifully decorated condo with shades of beach blue. The view was magnificent!

We loved the condo! We had a perfect view of the ocean! The furniture was comfortable and we had a nice pool and beach access. The only thing that could be improved is the shower floors could have been cleaned better. I would stay there again next year!

Annual family beginning of summer vaca!

So every year we rent at Florence II. Last year we decided we needed a bigger condo bc our little family is getting too big for a 1 bedroom. I went on homeaway.com and found this 2 bedroom condo. Fell in love with the pool for one and the kid play area. The condo itself is extremely clean and all the appliances and furniture are new. Most places smell like the island but this one was very clean and well kept. I loved he size of the fridge too. The kids bedroom is perfect. Bunkbeds with a twin. Perf for our three little ones. Criss our agent has been very helpful and sweet. We received a call last month to confrirm the condo I rented. They sent pictures to make sure it was the same one I saw on home away.com. I thought that was great customer service. Most places don't bother to make sure your condo is the same as the one offered on the website. Don't get me started on that!!! I would recommend this condo especially to a family since it's near schliterbahn and the beach plus it has a great pool that is kid size. It's got a beach and is 3 feet deep. Would definitely book again!!
