Ocean View of Beautiful Sunrises over the Gulf - Beach out the Back Door

I'm sitting on the couch typing this on my laptop, watching and listening to the waves out the large patio door.

Or, I could walk a few steps onto the balcony that overlooks the ocean and see a beautiful courtyard with grills, pool and hot tub. The security gate off the courtyard takes you directly to the beach.

Re-modeled kitchen with granite countertops, new backsplash and stainless appliances in December 2014.

Both bathrooms upgraded in 2014 with walk-in shower in master bath (see pictures).

Walking distance to many restaurants; some as close as a block a way. 'The Wave' is free public transportation that goes all over the island as well as over the bridge to Port Isabel that has a Wal-Mart SuperCenter and HEB for your shopping needs.

Free WiFi in condo; Fully equipped kitchen.

Wonderful view of beach from balcony

Just the right size with kitchen and comfy beds. I loved opening the sliding door to the breezy views. The walk to the beach is easy and convenient.

Fabulous time

The property was clean and well maintained. Very nice view from the balcony. We spent afternoons sitting on the balcony or walking on the beach. Would rent this property again.

Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Condo and facility was very clean. Great and helpful staff. Sue was very accommodating and helpful in responding to any inquiries. Would definitely stay here again, it was a great place to stay during our vacation.

Great little weekend getaway

I was craving some sunshine and my husband found this cute place near the beach! It had a separate room with twin beds for our boys, a full kitchen and two bathrooms! The pool was amazing! Seriously the warmest pool we had ever been in! The location was perfect too! We were just a couple minutes from local attractions and many tasty restaurants. We can't wait to go back!!

Great Beach Condo

This was our second stay in the Aquarius beach condo and we loved it even more this time. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking implements. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, but otherwise it was the perfect destination.

My family and I had such an amazing time! I loved that we could walk out the back door and be on the beach and sit on the balcony day or night and see the sun or the moon shinning on the water. Most the activities we did are within walking distance. It was a pleasure to stay there!! Im definitely going back here on my next vacation :)

Great location!

The location on the beach is wonderful. The facility and condo is very clean and well taken care of. Communication with Sue was prompt and helpful before we got there, during our stay and when we left. The coin laundry was easy to use with apple pay, but I didn’t realize how much I would need to do with our damp beach towels etc.

Absolutely loved it!

The condo was exactly as described. Beautiful views. Everything you could need was there. Sooooo much better than staying in a hotel. The rooms were completely quiet, I don't think we ever heard another person while we were there. The staff at the condo was also very polite and attentive. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everyting. Nothing like getting up in the morning and sitting on the balcony with your coffee watching the sun come up. I would highly recommend anyone coming to SPI stay at this condo. Thank you so much to our hosts for a wonderful vacation!

Great location; great views.

We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon; dropped off all our bags and were enjoying the water in a matter of minutes. Condo has everything you will need on your trip; loved the proximity to the beach, pool, firework show ( Thursday and Friday evenings only) could be seen from one of the balconies. My family is definitely going back next year! Thank you Sue for providing a great condo!

Girls at tthe Beach

It was a great 5 days. Loved the place. Only issue was just no water pressure in the shower. But it was a great trip and we'd reach for this unit again sometime.
