\- 2 bedroom/3 bathroom in 4plex w/ high 12 foot ceilings, granite & stainless

+ fully equipped kitchen.

\- Washer/dryer. Sleeping is big King in Master, Adult sized bunk beds (full

sized) in 2nd bedroom, fold out couch in living.

\- 50 yards to restaurants & bars yet quiet. Newer, modern furniture. Inside

great. Perfect for families. 2nd floor condo. Kids love

\- High speed wifi for remote work/school. Keypad for entry



I know what families seek for nice stay near the beach - FUN. We handle it

all for a fun stay.



Condo is very clean & new inside - all tile no carpeting if allergies.

Uniquely has en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom plus a half bath off

living room if kiddos sleep on the fold down couch. The washer/dryer is so

nice to use to go home with clean clothes & less work after a "tiring"

vacation!



Super high 12 foot ceilings. Pool in back is private to the 4 condos here &

very clean. 1 easy block walk to public beach access, walk to Clayton's Beach

Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, Ted's for breakfast, Parrot Eyes for water sports or

Fish Tacos, BurgerFi for organic cheeseburgers.



Big flat screen TVs, cable, wifi, Ice Cold AC after a long day at the beach to

relax in. The Hart Boys welcome you to our little beach retreat on South Padre

Island!
