"Wow what an amazing stay. Cant say enough good things about the place and the owners. Steve and her daughter Lisa were friendly prompt to answer questions and incredibly helpful. "This is a very cute property. It is in third floor, but the exact flavor of the area I was looking for. The lady managing it was quick to respond to my needs and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. "The island of Eleuthera was a relaxing vacation spot. Villa Allamanda added to the overall calm vibe with it's stocked kitchen, colorful walls, and beautiful garden setting on top of the hill. You can definitely enjoy the views from the 3rd story balconies. It was wonderful and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting this fantastic island."

"I had a nice stay, the unit is immaculately kept. The only issue was what appeared to be a rationing of items, for example the bathroom only had a single roll of toilet tissue, that was already in use. This was my first ever experience of this. There was also no extra towels or sheets in place. So just a few minor adjustments need be made, considering the property is advertised on hotels.com."

"This apartment is centrally located a short distance from the Governor Harbor Airport. Easy to find and within walking distance to anything you need. Having said that you do need a vehicle to explore all the beauty Eleuthera has to offer. The apartment was very clean, modern decor and well supplied. Dom gave us a great welcome and he was easy to reach throughout our stay."

"Located in very noisy neighborhood, roosters at daybreak, local hangout across the street, so screeching tires, loud music etc. The apartment is spacious and bright so the noise nuisance is a shame. IKEA mattress, bed pillows etc are pretty beat up and need replacing as well as the noisy vibrating AC in the master. Dom and Joy did their best to accommodate and though we wouldn’t settle in this one again they do have other nice properties."

Perfect getaway for two
"My husband and I come to Eleuthera every year for our anniversary and love Conch’d Out (cottage and house). The cottage is perfect for a quiet getaway but also close enough to restaurants, Island Farm, GHB airport, and Governor’s Harbour do things when you want to get out. A beautiful quiet pink sand beach and lovely sunrises are at your doorstep. Only thing we missed was a dishwasher because we enjoy cooking fresh seafood some nights when we don’t want to go out to dinner - but when you cook for only two it’s not an issue. The main house does have a dishwasher if you stay there. The property manager Anne Bethel graciously stopped by to see us soon after arrival and communicated with us prior to and throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will be going back for 2 weeks next year!"
