Το Λεφοκαστρο απέχει 30 χλμ απο την πόλη του Βολου ,50 χλμ απο το αεροδρόμιο της Αγχιάλου και 8 χλμ απο την Αργαλαστη την εδρα του Δημου Νοτιου Πηλιου . Πολλα παραδοσιακα χωριά βρισκονται σε κοντινη αποσταση ,οπου καθε καλοκαιρι πολλα παραδοσιακα πανηγυρια και φεστιβαλ λαμβάνουν χώρα
