"Staying in a caboose has always been something we've wanted to do. It was a very unique and memorable stay! Comfortable, fun with lots of train memorabilia throughout. Nice patio and close to Main Street in historic Virginia City."

"This unit is located right in midtown within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. It is also a fairly short walk to the river and downtown. Despite being on the main street in Reno it was actually pretty quiet. The rooms were clean, well stocked with towels and I appreciated having a place with two bedrooms and two bedrooms. "

"If you are looking for posh, this isn’t it. If you want an exceptionally clean, reasonably priced cottage, this IS the place. Fantastic, quiet neighborhood Felt very safe.Owner is exceedingly gracious and available if you have needs. "

"It was cute and cozy, perfect for our family of 4. The beds are okay (not great, but we slept fine) but I really appreciated the extra touches. The welcome basket, the nicer toilet paper and the nice soaps. It really is ridiculously close to Diamond Peak, which is were we spent our days. "

"The room was super cozy and has everything you would need while you stay. The hot tub worked great, and it’s super peaceful to look at the stars and trees while you are sitting in it. Alex is an incredible host - very responsive and kind and gave us great advice about the area.You can easily walk to coffee shops and restaurants and grocery stores (not tomentioned the lake!!). We could not have hoped for a more perfect first visit to Tahoe. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was small. The bed was in an alcove of sorts - not really a room. It is a good size for a couple, more than that would be pretty crowded. The complex it is in was very quiet. "

"This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. "

"Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great."

"The owner seemed to avoid contact by changing his phone number and not answering our calls and texts. He then canceled our reservation -- after we arrived at the property. We had to look for a last-minute accommodation which was worst and at a much higher price. Beyond disappointing."
