"Super good vacation the only bad thing is the hot tub closes at nine. This is my first time in Reno. I don’t drink so it just seemed like a really dirty little town but if you’re a gambling and you’re a drinker, this would be a great place to go. The food in the hotel was amazing. We ate out a few of the restaurants. I was there for a wedding and I did the brides Photography inside the hotel which was awesome most hotel casinos won’t let you however this sunset just don’t do any room rooms with machines. I would stay there again."

"I have stayed before and this time it wasn’t as pleasant. I took the weekend to relax and not do chores but room wasn’t clean I had to do my own room service. I didn’t bring shampoo or soap because usually there are some toiletries but not this time. I did ask for some because they came with the room but they were short on staff. I traveled a lot and this is my first “not a good stay review “. Food is limited also only 2 places open and 4 out of 4 adults said that the food wasn’t worth the price."

"The hotel is OK, but it is dated for $250/night. The elevator that the front desk sent us to post check-in was out of order, so we had to walk across the hotel with our bags to another elevator. The mattresses and bedding appear to be quite old. The hotel seemed clean on the surface, but since it hasn't been updated in a while, the carpets, beds, and pillows are likely embedded with stuff. The pool was closed, and no breakfast items were included with the stay. About the only upside was that the parking was free."

"Very run down. Safety and health issues : extra safety lock on door did not work. Tub/shower drain had standing dirty water. First room was dirty, bed linens were missing, phone did not work. Moved to Second room, was a bit better but had the lock and shower issue. Emailed company about issues and asked for a one night stay refund because of poor conditions. Reply stated they would look into issues , did not address refund and no name or contact at end of reply. Emailed back to them and have not received a reply. For a cost of 200+ a night , this was extremely disappointing and would never stay again. Will not ever consider a Days Inn by Wyndham again. Website pictures are very misleading."
