"Our stay was great. The house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed plus there was a lot of things to do close by. The only issue was the carpet and some of the furniture had noticeable stains plus there was a animal urine smell in the living room. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. "

"This property was great and Allison was super easy to communicate with. Just be aware that the restroom (very roomy, clean and well heated) is a very short walk and separate from the bedrooms."

"Myself, my husband’s our two young kids as well as my mother stayed for 4 days. This house is awesome super kid friendly. They was basically everything you could imagine. Beds are super comfortable. Beautiful garden and a bunch of producing fruit everywhere. "

Everything was super clean, light switches and other things were clearly labeled for easier accessibility, and she has many complimentary common items for use that guest might need during their stay! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the AC units and she quickly came over (within minutes) and turned them on for us. The property is quiet, cozy, and perfect for a stay in Orangevale/near Sacramento! "
