Other than a Starbucks and some quick eats spots across the street, the hotel is in a rather non-touristy area in South San Francisco. The hotel was superior in cleanliness, convenience right off the 101 freeway so you can get around to other areas in the city, and great customer service. The parking was $20 tax every night, which is not bad compared with higher hotel parking rates in other parts of the city. Stayed one night before flight during a category 5 rainstorm. Nice well appointed room. Hotel very clean. Front desk staff were super nice and extremely polite. Breakfast buffet had everything that you could possibly want to eat. Best thing is it’s very quite. I could barely hear the storm or the air traffic above. The last time I stayed near airport at a much more expensive hotel I didn’t sleep due to air traffic. In the future I will always stay here when I fly.

Traveled with my boyfriend and toddler and we had a great stay. I’m 7 months pregnant and the bed was so comfortable! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was yummy! Would definitely stay here again. Great location to pier 39. It took us about 8 minutes with no traffic! 10/10 recommend.

I arrived late and tired from a 15 hr flight and very long day. I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Sadly I cannot remember her name, but she was there in the night, then again when I checked out. It was a wonderful experience!

The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The room and the facility is clean. The price was reasonable for the location and had easy access to highways. I would stay there again.

Staff here is always so friendly, from housekeeping to desk to bar & restaurant. The rooms are pretty spacious & quite comfy. Location is so easy for us to get in & out of. Parking is chill too. Recommend

Property was great. Room was great size. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice breakfast selections. Hotel was a quick 6 minute trip from the Airport Via Uber. Called hotel for the shuttle but never found it and didn't understand when/where it was coming. Could not find a pen and pad in the room. Would have been nice to take some notes while on a phone call.

This was my 2nd instance of staying in the Americana Inn and it was as amazing as my first experience. Rooms are clean, ambience is awesome, onsite parking is free and staff is very polite and welcoming. Massage chair in-room was cherry on the top. You will never get such service in any other hotel. Overall an amazing experience and I will definitely stay here on all my next visits hereafter.
