"This is the best hotel I've stayed at in San Antonio. We come to San Antonio every couple of years and stay somewhere new each time but this is going to be the go to spot from now on. The service was incredible. All of the staff was helpful and kind and knowledgeable. The room was beautiful and the whole property smelled amazing."

"Staff was exceptionally attentive and pleasant. We stayed for our anniversary and they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates! Loved the little extras provided—bottles of water, bathrobes, etc. The hotel was well-situated on the riverwalk so a convenient walk to restaurants and attractions. The hotel pool had adequate, comfortable seating. Only improvements were could see included keeping pool towels better stocked as they ran out both days, better pool maintenance—the water was cloudy—and more attention to upkeep details—there were lots of unfinished details, some mold here and there, etc. Addressing those would elevate the experience significantly."
