Hilton Garden Inn Destin Miramar Beach

"Parking in the hotel parking lot was a fair price $5.00/day. The hotel is nice, but needs some updating, repairs, painting. The carpet in the room was very moist and sticky. They either just shampooed it and it wasn't dry or they have used too much shampoo detergent which makes it sticky. I usually go barefoot, but couldn't in the room. Coffee downstairs in the lobby is free, but they do have a made to order breakfast which looked good. There is also a restaurant in the lobby if yiu don't want to go out. The gym and pool are nice and it is an 8 minute walk to the beach, or you can get a ride on the gold cart shuttle to and from. Had a good stay, definitely recommended a balcony room."

"The location was great. Access to the beach easy. Trish at front desk is amazing. Her level of customer care/service is exceptional. Had a problem with toilet running but she also took care of that right away. Taj came up immediately and told us the issue with next steps and handled it professionally and within a short amount of time. Breakfast was also very good, especially omelets."
