"Nice place for a 3 day off-season mini-vacation on Cape Cod. Comfortable and very clean room, nice indoor pool, short drives to beaches and to start of Cape Cod Rail Trail (CCRT) cycling path. Breakfast included was fine - nothing super but nothing bad. And a great little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant just across the street. My second stay there for early October riding on the CCRT, would gladly stay there again."

"the staff is wonderful. the facility is clean and well maintained. they allowed my cats to stay. the on site restaurant staff and food was delicious. they even prepare a special meal for my mom. I highly recommend this motel."

"The room was very clean with a great view of the water! The on site food/amenities were great with very friendly and attentive staff. It was enjoyable to relax on the chair outside the room along the water. Only issue was that as being 6' 3" the set up of the bathroom was a little tight for me as the sink and toilet positioning made it a little cramped, but with the view I had and everything else with the property I can get over that! I would highly recommend the Provincetown Inn to all!"
