From the moment you arrive, this charming Cape Cod retreat featuring 2 full bedrooms, a private 3rd sleeping area, and 2 full bathrooms, invites you to relax and settle in. You're welcomed by a beautifully maintained front lawn, setting the stage for the comfort and warmth that await inside.
Step through the front door into an open-concept floor plan, where a cozy living room offers the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with loved ones. Just beyond, the dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease.
Down the hallway, you'll find two tastefully appointed bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering comfort and convenience for your entire group.

To the left of the kitchen, stairs lead to the spacious lower level. Here, a second living room provides an ideal space to relax, play games, or enjoy a movie night. This level also features a second full bathroom, an additional sleeping area, and a washer and dryer, tailored for a relaxed and worry-free stay.
