"We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. The hotel is very sleek and modern, but we almost walked by it as it is completely surrounded by scaffolding at the time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was very small. Grouting in shower could use some freshening up. It was very hot and there was an issue with the thermostat so the temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout. The location is very convenient: walking distance from train station, to cruise port (Horizon terminal) and very close to the Old Town and the main shopping mall. We would stay again. "

"Great hospitality and people. The bartenders in the front lounge was not the friendliest, but otherwise everyone is exceptional Only negative I can think of is the elevators. One was out of order and the other one worked. It's very very small and has a small weight limit that my wife and I and our luggage were over the weight.
