"We (a couple) really had a perfect stay at Sea Haven over the Sept 13-14, 2025 weekend, and it will be our go-to place from now on when visiting the Hamptons -- which we will probably do more of now because Southampton is closer to NYC than most other Hamptons destinations and avoids all that one-lane traffic. The price was right and it was pet-friendly to the max with lots of room for dog Pancho to roam and chase his ball. Owner Omar and manager Bill could not have been nicer, with lots of spot-on recommendations for beach time, dining, etc. The cabin-like room and green, off-the-beaten path setting made for a very cozy ambience -- just what we were looking for. Southampton and environs themselves were also really a revelation for us. We're already planning out next weekend out there. So hats off to Omar, Bill and the Sea Haven Resort Motel!"
Delightful Southampton Retreat with Heated Pool & Jacuzzi, Near Beach & Shopping
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was incredible, with all of the amenities exceeding our expectations! The pool was bigger and more well heated than expected, and the ample pool floatie options were a great touch. Dave was a fantastic, responsive, and accommodating host. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "
Resort Style backyard including professional PICKLEBALL COURT and HOT TUB.
10/10 Excellent
"The house was perfect for our whole family, children, grandchildren and niece. The three levels provided privacy if desired and the dining and living room areas gave us plenty of together time. The outside was spectacular huge yard great pool and lots of pool floaters and lots of games and fun things to do. The host responded quickly to every contact and addressed all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend especially for families with small children as the property is very safe and child friendly. If ever in This area again we will definitely try to book Dan’s house! "

Village gem walk to Main Street fenced in property
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at the Villiage gem for a fortnight and it was lovely. The house is a typical Hamptons cedar cottage and has a lot of charm. It’s a great location south of the highway and easy walk from the LIRR. AJ was great at communicating and even left us a note and package of Tates cookies (a famous Southampton company), which was very thoughtful. It has one large bathroom, and stackable washer dryer, open concept kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave, anir fryer, coffeemaker and dishwasher. There is a small ant issue. The shelves are stocked with a hodgepodge of pans, glasses, cups, and silverware. There are fabric bags in the cleaning closet to pick up groceries at one of two main markets, Citerella or Stop and Shop, both are walkable if no vehicle, as well as the local CVS. The house has window A/C but no central air but they worked great to cool the modest spaces. The living room is comfortable and TV has all channels and WiFi is good. We stayed in the main floor Queen bedroom and it was cozy, the bed is firm and hurt our backs a little. The upstairs main Queen bedroom has a softer mattress, and the spare room has a lounge (single) that had a mattress pad on it for a small child. The side yard is very large, begging for a pool-spa and good for a dog to run around in but there is a part of the fence that is not wooden and attaches to stacks in the ground where the landscapers go through and comes loose, so keep an eye on your dog. Porch and grill are great!"
