"Not very impressed by this property, it is convenient if you are flying from DMK airport, there is an overpass walkway from the airport. Upon entering one of the staff members was wearing a thuglife hat which I thought was extremely weird and unprofessional, none the less the lighting in the public areas is a bright artificial white which makes it feel like your in a cheap office building. The elevator is through a labyrinth of back passageways, I thought we accidentally were in the service...
"As a returning guest to the Amari, it was heaven as always. Staff are fabulous, they can't do enough for you, especially Penn and Maysa who made our stay extra special. It is clean, spacious, well maintained and the breakfast, food and cocktails at the hotel are wonderful. The location is perfect too, just at the quiet end of Chaweng with a leisurely stroll into the main action. We will return soon for sure."
