"We checked in online earlier in the evening because our flight was coming in after midnight. When we went to the front desk to get our room number and keys, we were informed they had given our room with 2 beds away. We were “upgraded” to one with a king and sofa pull out. It was not comfortable at all. Also, all 3 of our keys only worked once. Not impressed. "

"Clean room, great staff, accommodated down/feather allergy and provided a hypoallergenic room. Not soundproof though-we could hear the early morning departures from the airport, which is within sight of the hotel. Great for the price. Would stay here again."

"The front desk and manager were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the area is not safe, our room was not cleaned or beds made, others rooms were not clean or made as well. I felt bad for the manager and front desk person. They did give us a refund and we ended up staying in a more expensive nice hotel downtown. We were just passing the so thought a clean inexpensive hotel would be perfect, unfortunately this wasn’t it."
