Everything was very good! The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean.

The room was clean and smelled wonderful (both reasons I generally stay at Hampton Inns), the people were friendly, the breakfast was good and the packed lunch was a bonus. It was the first time I had ever been able to hear anyone in another room (maybe the insulation between the rooms wasn't quite as good as it might have been??) but as soon as I called and complained, it was taken care of....

This is an amazing property! We stayed in the cobblestone suite. It had a separate seating area, access to a wonderful balcony, a walk-in shower, and a comfortable king size bed. They also provided extra linen/blankets in the closet. It can be a little confusing on how to access the security desk where you check in and then the hotel but if you follow the very detailed instructions that they send to you and use Google maps to locate the areas you will be fine. Nice hotel located in a nice area. The hotel itself is tucked away in a secluded location but is still very close to every shop you might need. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Typical amenities that you expect. A free hot breakfast in the morning. We stayed here as a resting point on our way to Florida because our normal hotel (Drury Inn - the highly rated one) was full. Clean room and public areas. Practical design of the rooms. Definitely newly built. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. They kept it replenished throughout the 630-900 service time. Staff was professional and friendly. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

This is about the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at this particular Hampton Inn. It has always been a pleasant stay. Breakfast was served and it was very enjoyable. I wish more of the other guests would have been more considerate about wearing a mask and gloves at least while getting their breakfast. But overall it was a good visit! We will be back soon!

Upon arrival, the lobby was well lit. There was a overpowering air freshener. Maybe they put it in the main vent. It wasn’t bad in the room, but it was pretty strong in the lobby area. It did smell good, but it could be a little overpowering. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was ample. I didn’t use any of the amenities and I did not have breakfast.

Very nice property. Comfy room and bed, and great breakfast. Very clean and new. We really enjoyed our stay here before flying home from Birmingham Airport.

Everything about our suite, stay, and service was fabulous!!! The Front Desk Profesdionals and Jeanette, the Breakfast Chef, did a great job!
