A great addition to Birmingham! Some start-up kinks like condensation noise from the refridgerators and slow service in the restaurant. However we will be back!

The hotel lost power during Isiais due to a blown transformer. The staff was incredible during the entire process! Would definitely stay here again!

We always stay here! Clean hotel and friendly staff

Enjoy up to date technology in the rooms, very modern. Great staff and very knowledgeable regarding surrounding activities.

Great location downtown Birmingham with new, well maintained rooms. Just be advised that there’s

Free drinks 6-8

This is an amazing property! We stayed in the cobblestone suite. It had a separate seating area, access to a wonderful balcony, a walk-in shower, and a comfortable king size bed. They also provided extra linen/blankets in the closet. It can be a little confusing on how to access the security desk where you check in and then the hotel but if you follow the very detailed instructions that they send to you and use Google maps to locate the areas you will be fine. You have to first park in...

Only stayed one night but we had a great expierence nice area

The staff was friendly and professional. They gave us a pleasing and warm welcome. The suite was very clean and nice.

Clean rooms, nice bedding & mattresses. Roomy suite, pool was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great location , parking and staff. Restaurant wasn’t great, beautiful bathroom and clean room altogether

Staff was great just a bit loud with noise from the nearby train track situation. Great walkable location

Great property and staff, only downsides are pay parking, lack of free coffee stand in lobby because there is a Starbucks counter instead, and the streets around the hotel have some of the most aggressive panhandlers I have seen even compared to San Fransisco or other large cities.

Good location and safe

Staff was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Location was within walking distance to Walmart, and a bunch of other shopping merchants. Wifi was good and solid, although I disliked having to keep logging in after each use. (a minor inconvenience... as I would rather have that problem than it being slow) Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options. Overall, very nice.

The breakfast was by far the best thing about this stay. They had plenty of hot eggs, bacon, and potatoes. The staff was helpful and the coffee was hot. Shady area of town, but not much choice around the airport in bham.
