"We were so impressed with this stay! Upon arrival, the front desk person graciously let us into our room a bit early and my husband got a much-needed nap. Our room was on the first floor near the pool, and although we were unable to take advantage of the beautiful (indoor or outdoor) pool or the hot tub, we’ll bring our swimsuits next time! It was so inviting, and there are guest towels to use too! It was quiet in our room and we never noticed any noise from the pool area! Our room was spacious. We had an accessible room with a roll-in shower, and another feature we enjoyed was a normal-height bed that was easy to get in and out of. The self-serve breakfast was wonderful with abundant choices and good coffee, and the dining area wasn’t crowded. There was an opportunity for afternoon/evening free appetizers and we got a coupon for a free drink. There is a lovely lobby area to sit and chat or wander around and enjoy this time. We’ll book at Drury Inn again either in B’Ham or in Indianapolis next to me we’re there."

"Overall a pretty good experience. Our room was next to a smoking room so there was some smell in the room. Room has some wear. TV was older and smaller. But the bed was comfortable and clean. Close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was better than I expected for the price, eggs, sausage, waffles. The pool looks fine but we didn’t use it but I saw others who did. Overall it was a pretty good budget stay"

Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa

Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent
"The room was very nice and clean. It was great to have a fridge. The two pools on the property were fantastic and well maintained. You can borrow bikes and ride along a nearby path. Tennis is also available. Of course, the whole reason for the resort is the beautiful golf course. It is well maintained and a real draw for golfers. While we were warned that there would be a $30 resort fee (plus tax) per day that would be charged at the completion of the stay, it would be nice if that fee could just be rolled into the overall price, rather than having to pay it separately. Overall, we had a fantastic experience."
