"Simply blown away at how nice our room is. The room is very cozy, and the renovations in the room is very, very nice. And the kitchenette with full size fridge and microwave is a huge plus. Definitely coming back when I visit Birmingham."

"I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. Everything was clean and top notch. Loved the oversized bath towels. I do have two suggestions. First. Maybe some larger trash cans, they were tiny and second maybe a night light in the bathroom. Having to turn on the overhead light at 2am was not good"

"I was very impressed with the front desk help and professionalism. The room was pristine. The iron did not work though but it was nice that they had an ironing board and iron allocated for each room. The beds were relatively comfortable and the pillows were super comfy.The cleaning staff knocked and woke me up an hour and a half before check out time asking if I was checking out.I think they should have a list of who is checking out and or has checked out and not disturb guests.My only complaint is the price for the room.I believe the rates were jacked up due to a graduation that weekend that many guest were attending. Over $300.00 was excessive especially since breakfast was not included. The room was commensurate with what I have paid in the neighborhood of $220 in similar markets."
