"We went to Cincy for a concert, the hotel was located close to both the venue and the local pubs. There was a dance competition in that area as well the night before so we had to wait a little longer for our room to be ready but the staff was accommodating and hotel bar was a great place to wait."

Didn’t like how far I had to walk from my parking (only spot was in the back ) to front of building to check in and then they wanted me to walk back to my car to put a parking pass on it. "My nonsmoking room smelled musty from smoke. Had an old and very abused mattress that belongs in the trash. There were char marks on the headboard. Previous guests apparently spilled some juice on the door and ceiling. But staff were accommodating, and everything was otherwise clean. "
