"This property could be a 5 star rental, but there is evidence of water damage that needs to be fully addressed and repaired. Repairs have been started but there are flooring issues on the inside and visible unfinished repairs on the outside. The washer is there but has been disabled. If the repairs are finished and the balcony is repaired, this condo has a beautifully updated inside and impeccable views of the Gulf."

"Every staff member including breakfast staff, cleaning service, and front desk staff was friendly and accommodating to us and other guests. We slept so well on comfortable beds and found the perfect pillows for us. We had plenty of soft fluffy towels. Breakfast was a little different each day and offered plenty of hot options. Waffles could be made small or large. Very happy with our stay."
