"Hotel was excellent!! We had an early flight and we were allowed to check in early and get rest. The concierge host was great and very understanding of how tired we were. I just wish I would’ve got her name. Beds fluffy and comfy, shower water pressure was great and our rooms were very clean. I 100% recommend."

"We love staying at this Zaza for Houston museums, zoo, and Hermann park visits. Price is elevated, but the quality of stay is top notch. Very spacious room at standard rate. Turndown service with a Moon Pie or chocolate, and a bottle of water. Over the span of a couple of days, we had an excellent breakfast and excellent dinner at Monarch. This weekend coincided with a prom being held in the big ballroom. The staff runs things so well that, as a guest, this was not a disruption at all to us."

"We received housekeeping services on our final day (we were there 3 nights) but the beds were not made as you would expect. Rather, they sloppily threw the sheets and covers over the pillows (barely). They did not vacuum. But at least we got clean clean towels. Don’t plan to stay here if you’re looking for a quiet weekend getaway."
