10/10 Excellent

"My stay at the DoubleTree in Houston was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, the downstairs ambiance was beautiful, warm, and welcoming. The atmosphere felt luxurious yet relaxing at the same time. The customer service was top tier everyone was kind, professional, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the stay. Now the breakfast? It was $37, and personally I chose not to eat it because I felt like I could’ve gone outside of the hotel and found a better breakfast for that price. But outside of that, everything else about my stay was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself, the environment, and the hospitality definitely made the trip memorable. I would absolutely stay again."

"The toilet sometimes would delay in flushing and the hot water took about five to ten minutes to warm up. This was reported to the staff that was very friendly, they were gonna give me 5000 Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience but I have yet to see it. The stay was good inspite of those issues."

"The gentleman that checked me in at night was really a delight, so was the valet guy. I think the only issue I had was that I called for my car to be picked up from valet because I was walking out of my room, but they did not want to go get my car until they saw me in person which defeated the purpose of me calling and I was already needing to be somewhere at a certain time. It was also raining. I just wish that they would have gotten my car when I called so that it could be there when I arrived."
