"This property is old and under a remodel currently which is highly needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful BUT this hotel is booked for youth sports teams frequently. This meant alot of running through the halls, yelling from room to room, etc. I would not stay there again due to this main factor. Also, simple amenities like a working ice machine which is such a simple fix told us this property struggles."

"We stayed here based in part on other reviews talking about the comfortable beds, and were they right! The bed and pillow was wonderful and so comfortable that we recommend staying here just for that. The breakfast was really good. Standard hot fare of scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles, among other items. The space to have breakfast is open and airy. In fact we don’t know if we have seen a more spacious lobby area in any hotel we have stayed at. We didn’t use the pool but not sure it was open anyway. The bathroom area needed some updating as the tiles around the tub looked old and tired. Overall the room was a 7/10, because of the bed."

"Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Willow cabin was stocked well. Amenities were good. Quiet time was really quiet! Loved lights outside off at 10pm. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable but regular beds and linens were nice. Recommend the Willow Cabins, little one bedroom cabin. The wood inside was beautiful and we had everything we needed and wanted. The staff was quick to respond! Loved our stay!!!❤️❤️❤️"

"The elevator near our room was out of order. We did not use the amenities. Check in was great. Room was clean & spacious. Did not eat breakfast there. It could have been open a little longer. It was only available from 6-9am."

"I thought that most of the Irma in the room was dated. The shower head had a lot of hard water build up and didn't give much water pressure for my shower. I did like the shampoo,conditioner, and soap dispensers mounted in the shower. The mattress was hard as a rock and pretty worn out. When I laid down my feet were higher than my body. The breakfast was very good and well maintained. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were very nice."

"Check-in is poor. No one is there. It's a remote lock and I had issues at check-in and the next day. There was a 30m wait to correct. The room was great. Clean. I'd recommend, but check-in may be an issue."
