"First of all, the gentleman that checked us in at front desk was outstanding!! He was the most friendly, personable and professional hotel manager that we’ve ever experienced! His exceptional interactions with us continued throughout our stay! Also, the hotel service staff were all very friendly, kind and efficient! The hotel facilities were awesome in every way: looked new, clean, fresh and bright with great amenities! We were very happy with our handicap-friendly room features! A perfect Five Star experience for us: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The staff was very welcoming. It was very clean. It’s an old days in, but it isn’t relatively good shape. I enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet. "

"The staff members were nice and the room seemed clean but the building is old so the overall vibe is worn. Expedia listed restaurant as an amenity but there is no food available unless you count a vending machine. The pool is small but nice looking and the water was warm so young kids might enjoy it. Hot tub is defunct. I am not sure i would stay here again but it was a good place to sleep for one night."

"In general, an okay hotel and probably one of the better options for the area. There was food left out overnight in the breakfast area and in the microwave, and our room smelt like mildew and cigarette smoke despite the hotel claiming to be a 100% smoke-free hotel. The bedding and towels smelt fine ironically. I didn't see any dirt, grime, or bugs, but the smell was definitely off-putting and made us consider trying to find another hotel."

"Dirty… secondary door was propped open with a beer bottle as card key sensor was broken. Just dirty…had to operate tv from monitor. If you didn’t turn the refrigerator just right it would defrost, smoke detector gone as someone apparently took it out to probably smoke meth..went to call the front desk, no dial tone so I lifted the phone up to check if cord was in properly… no cord at all. I guess it was there for decoration. It’s probably the crack/ meth hotel in Pittsburgh. I unfortunately waited to the last day to find a room in Pittsburgh with two queen beds and this was the only place. Never again. Better off sleeping in your vehicle"
