"Definitely seemed like they converted an existing nursing home or apartment complex, but they have done a really nice job! We arrived at midnight, and the lights were blasting on the inside, so it could stand to be a little more vibey in the hallways. The staff was incredibly pleasant, and the clerk told me the place is a “work in progress”. So, get over there soon, i suspect rooms won’t stay this price forever. "

"Our stay was great! Limited dining options but not a big deal since Carlsbad is close. Perfect location if visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains. We explored all morning and spent afternoons at the pool. Breakfast is pretty basic but was fine. Rooms were clean and spacious!"
