Staff is exceptional; very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was simple and met our needs. Parking was easy and the hotel is conveniently located.

Place is so beautiful, the owner was so kind! And also he looks like Santa Claus! Ja, ja! It is a very good place to stay more than one night. We hope we can go back soon. Also the breakfast was good! Thank you so much!

very pleased at check-in of the hotel & grounds, all in nice condition and obviously maintained. gal at check-in was very nice and later showed what and absolutley amazing & caring person she is! we got up to our room, settled in and were relaxing-despite storm with heavy lightning. shortly after 10pm our phones started shrieking which turned out to be an immediately tornado warning. we made it downstairs to find a number of guests also smartly came down to the lobby. This motel seemed to be in the quieter part of town and it was in the perfect location for our vacation plans. The staff was great. If you like good coffee, they have it. Enjoyed the fact that the motel was clean. Motel was close to The Zoological Park but not walkable as the park is on a hilltop, yes uphill all the way.

Really nice hotel and convenient location. Breakfast provided with real plates and silverware.

Not a lot of great things to say about the town of CarlsBad, NM. The hotel was clean, modern, and fresh. No reason to go to CarlsBad other than the Caverns. About 25 miles from the caverns, pretty close to Walmart, better service at the hotel than any of the restaurants in the area.

This is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The staff are very friendly. The location is very good, but you will need to drive to the shops. Can't recommend enough. Cloudcroft is a fine place to visit.

Great customer service

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and our room as well most hotels are dirty and ran down because of the oilfield, but surprisingly this place was excellent and will stay here again, I give this hotel a 100 star rating. Will be back for another stay.

very clean and comfortable

Great hotel. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Very accommodating. Carolyn is a very special employee. She went out of her way to accommodate a special request. Location was perfect for the NJCAA National Track &Field Championships at NMJC. Only wish their breakfast included more protein. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!!

We got upgraded to a very nice suite. All staff members were professional and courteous. No complaints. It is a little hard to find (glad we had our GPS).

First time staying at this hotel and was very impressed. As soon as you walk in you can see, and feel, the care taken to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Rooms are impressively equipped and a decent size tv. Beds were comfortable, the shower actually had a door as opposed to a shower curtail. Normally I don't eat breakfast at the hotel I'm staying at, but did here. I'll look for this brand hotel in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and love the kitchenette. Staff was friendly and love that it is pet friendly.

My mom and I stayed here overnight on our road trip from Texas to Colorado and we would definitely stay here again! Checking in was a smooth process and the room was clean and comfortable. Everyone we met was so kind, including the owners and the other guests. I definitely recommend booking this motel!

Great beds, very friendly host, good wifi

After 9+ hour of driving in from LA, the hotel staff was friendly and understanding at 12:30 A.M. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.
