In the Papa suite, we spent each morning enjoying our gourmet coffee provided by the host (with a wide selection of creamers) on the balcony, watching the sun rise against the mountains. At night we loved the fire and being so close to restaurants and wine tasting. The location is perfect - close enough to take a run on the bike path along the beach and enjoy great people-watching on State Street, but then retire to a quiet oasis for the night. "Location is phenomenal (right next to the 5/8 highways) and there's plenty of grocery stores and cafes/restaurants nearby. Old Town is less than a mile away for anyone interested in exploring that. Property is a small 1br with a sofa bed, which suited our needs well. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Only dinged a little on cleanliness because we initially walked around and the soles of our feet (particularly the toddler's) turned dark real quick. Seems like...
