"Loved the loft! We stayed there for four nights and had a great time. The loft is quite big with an upstairs bedroom. The bed is super comfortable, everything is so cosy there’s a fire place, a kitchen where we cooked every night and a little deck in the backyard to relax where you can have a small barbecue. "Leider habe ich nicht das appartment bekommen welches ich HIER, reserviert habe. Offensichtlich schein es so, dass Hotels.com dieses appartment ohne Genehmigung der Mieter anbietet. Ich strandete in Concepción weil die Personen gar nicht wussten, dass die Wohnung reserviert war. Die Wohnung, war schon vergeben. Gott sei Dank bekam eine andere Wohnung in ein anderes Gebäude. Obwohl hotels die Mieter nicht informiert hatte, verlangte hotels 108euro für eine Fiktive Stornierung. "

Our happy experience could have been improved by better kitchen equipment and for the hotel to actually bother responding to questions sent to them via Expedia or their own website."
