We dropped an item and saw a left-over baby bottle and years of untouched dust, etc. We left a note for the cleaning crew. I hope this will result in a change of policy. "Great stay! Our check-in felt a bit “off” as the man behind the desk was rude and questioned us about smoking on-site. We just forgot to initial. Weird start. But the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious! "
