"We had no idea that the bar was not open in the hotel, which was very much misleading to us is one of the reasons why we booked there. Staff was friendly. I don’t believe the stairs got vacuumed that weekend we were there. I say that because I took the stairs and I can still see stuff on the carpet that should’ve been picked up. Also, they didn’t dust the window shields in the room."
