"Very nice suite."

"The hotel was clean. Everything worked as it should. However there are no room phones in the rooms. And there are two remotes because you have to turn on a box before you actually can get channels. Other than those two quirks, it's a great value hotel. "

"The room overlooked the tugboats, barges, and oil refineries that provide the source of energy for America and other nations. The room was nice and typical for the price. The casino is smokey everywhere but has a decent selection of games. The hotel seems understaffed. No desire to visit again."

"Ramona was awesome and made our visit very memorable and was very helpful and courteous throughout the visit, however the young lady who works the 7-3 shift was not so helpful and friendly. I told her we needed towels being that we ran out and to her it didn’t seem like a sense of urgency. When we came back someone had entered our room, removed the towels and didn’t place any more so I mentioned to her about the towel situation and stated that our trash wasn’t removed or bed made up. She proceeded to say someone else will come back to clean etc. but that didn’t make sense.We didn’t even stay our full time because it was giving us we were a bother to her so we packed up, left and went back home. My husband did also say the lady from the late night shift 11-7pm was very friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay whilst we were here and visiting the Casinos but we won’t be visiting again."

"The staff was nice. The room was clean. The couch was in disrepair leather was peeling off of it worked only half the time the toilet was loose on the floor, then fixed that. Stains in the bathroom, floor in the bathroom could've been redone. Not happy with Expedia as well. You were supposed to refund me from a canceled appointment if you have not done so."

"As I checked out, I asked another guest how he felt about this place and he furiously replied terrible! The biggest issue we all had was how noisy it was from a big herd of unsupervised minors. Young boys were rowdy in the hallways and rooms. I didn't feel safe or sleep well here. Some of those boys even tried to barge into my room like it was theirs so I screamed this is my room yet they still kept trying to open my door. I didn't appreciate how the place lets adult supervision go unattended so minors overran this place treating it like a playground. They were even playing ball outside in the parking lot which is ok with me because that's not in my resting space. The shower wouldn't stay warm and got cold at times. Only good thing to say about this place is that it wasn't that dirty and had convenient places nearby. "
