"There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend "

"This property is like a secluded piece of paradise. It has amazing views of the cozy fown of Valdelaguna while keeping a secret garden vibe. The outsoor space is amazing but so is the inside. The owners of the property were so flexible with our check in, and they even met us for breakfast at one of the 2 bars in town to get to know us a bit better. "BEST HOTEL EVER!!! Beautiful and convenient location, lively but still quiet and close to the metro. We booked the luxury penthouse and it was gorgeous with a spacious private terrace. The breakfast was spectacular and offered just about every type of food & beverage you can imagine. Every member of the staff was sweet, friendly and helpful. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the bath was luxurious! They even have Dyson hair dryers!! We could not have loved this hotel any more and stayed until the very last second before checkout. Did I mention it also smells delicious?"
