Left our room after not even being there one night, messaged property to which have refused any kind of refund. Have photo evidence of the dirty walls and doors. "

"This is a floor divided into rooms, not all rooms have Street facing windows as the photos (ours didn’t). It was clean and staff very friendly. Okay for couple of nights, very close to Gran Vía "
