"This hotel is exactly as described, it is run efficiently and the staff are great. The rooms are not large but good enough and well equipped. The hotel is a few minutes from the station, 30 minutes ride into central Madrid, the staff will explain how to get there. Also some good restaurants 15 minutes walk away. The area is a new development with more going on at the moment, but we weren’t able to hear the work once inside. It was perfect for us as we had been touring and had a car, which can be parked under the hotel at no extra charge. It’s not posh but real value for money."

"Basic not very old hotel, nice and clean. Room is a bed, TV, shower, wifi. Free coffee in reception breakfast (pay extra for)area but no kettle etc in room. Area is a new build area, apartment blocks at the edge of Madrid. Cafes, bars, supermarket and huge shopping mall all near. 20 minute walk to nearest metro station. Found it interesting to be away from the tourist area."

"Hotel itself was great, however shuttle bus is hard to find, so ended up with a €33 bill for travelling 5 minutes in a cab. I tried to email hotel, but reply did not come back until the morning. Staff not overly friendly. All seemed rather cross. Wouldn’t harm to smile and welcome customers in a friendly way. Showers are lovely."
