"Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. This is not a traditional hotel, and there is no reception desk on-site. Check-in ends at 9 p.m., and keys must be picked up from a separate location, which is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. The elevator is extremely small—barely large enough for one person and a suitcase.
