"The bed was so good, a real mattress, each bed has curtains which provides more privacy and comfort, the hostel provides lock for the lockers for free. The bathroom is outside of the room but they have 2 in the floor where we were. They also have a kitchen were you can cook or have a breakfast and they have a restaurant and bar in the backside too. "We had a wonderful welcome from the reception and concierge team. We had urgent documents to print and sign and the team were very efficient and helpful, thank you Vanessa! Our room was beautiful, and we had a lovely welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The restaurant didn’t cater particularly well for Coeliacs but we had a celebration dinner with friends and they were made to feel very welcome. The concierge gave us great gluten free eating recommendations We will definitely visit again, thank you. "
