"Perfect! small but clean apartment, well equipped, I really liked the library filled with nice art books. Christina, is a very caring host. Note that this is not located in the center of Milan, it's in the south near Assago, but it is very easy to get there by bus, the ride is short. Close to large shopping center. Well secured, with parking, I would enjoy to stay at Milano Canal Apartments again."

"Personnel is nice, but need to learn English language, since not whole world speaks Italian, i needed a place to stay for a decent price, sheets are clean, water is hot, and the rooms are tidy, this is all i needed. The place i had meeting @ was only 1,2 km away."

"A few things. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are alright - as shown in photos. Nothing was wrong with the room, it's just everything else that's out of touch with this hotel. You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). The closest ATM is about 900m away although the area is really sketchy so walking at 11pm hunting for a working ATM wasn't the greatest. You have a kitchenette but it's 50Euros to use it. "Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

"We originally booked the hotel but ended up in their apartments - one apartment each. The rooms were spacious and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds were a little uncomfortable which was all that could be found wanting. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel itself is located south of the centre with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro then takes you right into the centre of Milan (a 15 minute trip). "They only gave you one card for room. Without card in recepticle you couldn't have power in room. You also were requiered to leave your key card with front desk when you left. They also dont speek good english so don't understand your requests."

"We are group of 5 people coming to Milano late in the evening in September. Even though the booking confirmation from Expedia saying check in time ends at 10:00 pm, the host was very rude asking for surcharge as our train arrived at 8:30pm and she said that Expedia did not update hotel new rules. The thing is we have booked this accommodation and planned our ticket one month in advance. We could not change it and could not control they suddenly changed the rule and made the check in time sooner....
