"Wheelchair accessibility was limited in some areas. Despite advanced notice given of needing a wheelchair accessible room, we were assigned 1 in an area that was not accessible by the visitor's lift. It was labyrinth to get to that area. We had to use the service elevator everytime which was a dingy elevator to fit for safe independent use by someone with a disability. When we raised this with the 'manager' who seemed to be in a hurry and couldn't politely help us, she said the hotel was fully...

"If you want easy access to SeaWorld Theme Park- then do it. Otherwise, don’t bother. The staff - particularly the managers - are abhorrent and rude. We checked into our room to find a broken toilet seat, bugs flying around and thick black hair all throughout the shower. Disgusting and insanitary. It’s unknown if the shower or bathroom was cleaned after the previous guests. When I flagged the issues and spoke with Suzanna (manager), she turned the tables on me and made it out to be my fault...
