Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and super quiet. The restaurant is lovely and our meal was very good. The wait staff were excellent. There is not much undercover parking, but plenty of onsite open spaces, protected by a security gate. We have used this hotel previously and will continue to return on our next trip. We wanted a hotel adjacent to the GC Suns stadium in Carrara. The Elite is an easy walk across from it. The hotel itself was really good value for money. The room was clean, well appointed and big enough for us. We had a nice quick meal in the bistro which was well priced and very good.
