"Pros: - Great location for enjoying Mt Sunapee area - The common areas were great - Very easy and smooth check-in and check-out. - Great value for the price (Possible) Cons: - This wasn't an issue for me, but there is no staff on location. I didn't need anyone at all, but just in case you want to interact with a human when you check in or check out, you won't find that."

"Room was very cozy and the lounge areas were well stocked with teas, coffees and snacks. Especially nice to have local tea from White Heron. Inn is very conveniently located. 5 min walk from Market Square and Prescott Park. Second floor in front has very steep stairs so be aware if you're mobility limited. "

"Great stay for our 2 night visit to the area. We had a car so it was easy to see the sights in and around Portsmouth. It was a bit rainy so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful backyard, fire pit and pretty garden area. The place was immaculate and tastefully decorated. A fun time was had. A microwave might have been nice to have for left overs."

"Very clean and easy to “self check in”. It is a nice setting too. We felt safe. The bed, for me was very hard and the pillows were more like morning pancakes. The pillows really need to be replaced. I did not sleep well. Over all a nice place. "

"The place was nice and clean. It is far from places to eat. B&B’s just aren’t what they use to be. No breakfast’s served and no personal contact."

"You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. "

"Stayed in the Penthouse and it was great. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better for the kids, 2 minutes to the heart of the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "
