Our hosts were very accomodating for our late arrival! As we were checking out and hubby was trying to clean the windows of our car, one of the housekeeper's offered windex and rags to him so that we could see all the beauty around us! We were given a discount card for a local restaurant and treated very kindly! All was perfect!

Friendly helpful staff. Grocery store, 5 min walk. Rental bikes & e bikes nearby plus gravel rail-trail for short or long rides. 10 minuet walk to “Shakey Bridge” (go there, it’s fun).

I was very impressed with Highview Apartments. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they gave us a tour of our room, the gym, laundry facilities, and helped us schedule a cab to the airport for our last day - and the rooms were just what we needed, perfect amount of space. (the bathroom floors were even heated!) The wifi worked great. The apartments had beautiful views of the lake and the mountains, and were a mere 10-15 minute walk from Queenstown. I highly recommend them.

Had a beautiful view of the Remarkables. The internet connection was fast. I was able to have a Zoom meeting with no issues. Parking is a bit limited, so you need to get there earlier in the day or have to pay for parking at a nearby lot.

Good place to stay if you want to be near the airport!

Location is awesome. Shops are nearby.Bedroom mattresses are great, kitchen is fully equipped.Only downside was bathroom shower was not cleaned properly.

Great condition, good floorplan and happy to have a washer and dryer in our unit. Spacious and comfortable.

Overall my experience at this property was good. Please note, the apartment I stayed in only had heating and AC in the living room and not in the bedroom. Also, the bathroom sink in this apartment is small. If you are shaving then there is a good chance some of the water will spill on your feet and not into the sink. Glasses, pots, pans, silverware are provided. Within a 2 minute walk are two grocery stores where you can purchase milk, bread, detergent, and many other household items.

The room was an apartment with lots of space. Continental breakfast delivered to the room with fresh excellent bread and top quality ingredients.

The location is excellent - far enough out of downtown so it's quiet at night, while still being easily walkable. The building is a bit dated, however the room was clean and the bed comfortable. I loved the jetted bathtub. The staff was friendly and check in/out was easy although it did close at 6pm. My only (very minor) complaint was that the door to my room had a gap underneath that let a lot of hallway light in at night. I put a bath towel down to block it.

An excellent location for both proximity to the dining/ shopping district as well as views of the lake.

Great views! We enjoyed all the room the two bedroom apartment gave us and the ability to wash our clothes. The complementary shuttle into town was great to have. The staff were very nice and helpful. Especially the bartender because he was enthusiastic about his job and very accommodating with his services. The bed was a little too firm for my liking.

The location of St. James Apartments is excellent. On the map it looks like you have a walk to get to the heart of town but in reality there are gates onto Camp St. which means you are right there. It is also right next to the Queenstown gardens and lovely walks. And the views from at least some of the rooms are wonderful. Close to bus lines and grocery shops. I can’t wait to return.

Perfect location for our very quick visit to Queenstown. Free parking and walking distance to everything.
