"Was a beautiful place to stay, only negative was the water pressure not the greatest but was a warm and comfortable place to stay. Walking distance to town and the lake just across the road, easy walk around the lake too. Amazing part of the country."

"We really enjoyed our overall stay in Blue Peaks even though we only stayed one night. The room themselves were really clean and had everything we needed. The staff were really friendly, always with smiles on their faces and very helpful as well as accommodating. The location was also very ideal since it’s only a short walk to the lakefront. "It could do with a slight renovation. The paint was peeling in the bathroom, some mould was present on the bathroom ceiling. Unfortunately, there were 2 separate taps in the bathroom basin and kitchen sink, one for hot water and one for cold. So you can’t really wash your hands in warm water unless you plug the sink up and mix the water in there. They did say it was going to be replaced soon so it might be done the next time we go there. Overall, we liked the room as it was large and clean....

"Started off badly. The reception was closed at 4pm which was a cold reception after a long day travelling. The room could have been cleaner. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my 2 nights at the lodge and the girl in the reception was actually a huge embassador for your company "

"Bella Vista Motel was an ideal base from which to explore the lakeside walks and Doubtful Sound further afield. Our room was spotless when we arrived and the amenities excellent. Just a short walk from the town, we had a good choice of dining options."
