"The hotel is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and shops and major highways. The restaurant, bar and coffee shop in the lobby are super convenient. Everyone from the desk staff to the restaurant personnel were incredibly kind and accommodating. I tried both the breakfast buffet and dinner and was pleased by the quality, quantity and reasonable pricing. Will definitely put the Hilton Short Pump at the top of my list when visiting Richmond again in the future."
