"This is our favorite hotel to stay at in San Antonio. It is always clean and the staff is amazing. Perfect spot and good eats around."

"Impressive breakfast options, especially as this was included in the room fee. Great location just across from The Alamo. An old, restored historic building and affordable stay right downtown. It was super hot in San Antonio when we were there, but still had a nice stay."

"Our stay was amazing, as usual. The property is so unique is kept up well. The staff are amazing and you get breakfast and dinner complimentary. As well as drinks"

"Room was clean and the staff was around to help. Very easy access to the river walk and to the downtown area. Valet parking was expensive ($55 per night) but the valet staff was friendly and took good care with vehicles."
Menger Hotel

"Loved the history, atmosphere, amenities and stayed in old/original part of hotel. Getting to our room took a bit as one of the elevators was out of service and there were some air conditioning issues, but we had an excellent stay and I plan to stay here for all future trips to San Antonio."
