"I unfortunately did not get the young ladys name, but the night receptionist when I checked in was very nice and extremely helpful. She notified me immediately of an issue with the hot water in the hotel and that it was being repaired as we spoke. I thought she handled what I'm sure was a difficult evening dealing with some unhappy guests with professionalism and grace. The hotel should be proud to have such dedicated, professional and pleasant personnel representing their property!"

"Who knew that there is a free shuttle to the Altria Theater? The check in lady knew and sent us to the concierge to set it up. Michael, the driver, was rightly proud of his stately mini-coach and explained how to arrange to meethim most expeditiously after the show."

"This hotel has always been at the top of my list when I drive to PA to see family. There have been obvious upgrades made and that is very welcome. However, some of the rooms still look a little shabby. Breakfast needs an upgrade. Remove pancakes and substitute waffles. Most importantly, the door to the outside, supposedly locked for safety doesn't close properly."
