Overall, very friendly Gave me advice about the area Told me what live bands were playing that night Very fun definitely will be back

This was the singlemost BEST hotel experience of my life!!!! Great communication, beautiful property, wonderful management!!!! The room was beautifully decorated and CLEAN!! I won't normally go barefoot in a hotel - this place was the exception to the rule!! Everything was clean, pretty, and how every hotel experience should be, but is not.

Room was really nice and great restaurants!

One of the best properties I've every stayed in. It was like your own mini apartment. Everything was spotless. very cozy feel. Very quiet, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. easy and safe parking. everything was great. will definitely stay again.

We spent three nights here. Everything is excellent, safe, quiet, and very close to the beach. Will be back next time

The estalbishment was having some renovation performed but the stay was fabulous. The gym was adequate, Hot tub nice. Overall a 10 out of 10.

Clean, spacious and located right on the beach.

My new favorite place in the world!

One of the most gorgeous properties I've been at on the beach

The resort is so nice! Private beach right behind it, not even a minute walk to get there. Beautiful room with very helpful staff. Clean room with everything you need. Highly recommended, and it's close to the action in downtown Sarasota. Can't wait to go back.

Best place we have ever stayed at in the area. Very friendly staff, great room.

The property is extremely nice and very well kept. Our rental was actually a two bedroom apartment with views of the street and lateral view of the water. Immaculate and luxurious, huge full kitchen and large balcony, comfortable bathrooms etc The pools on site were large and accommodated a large number of people (there are two of them, one on each level) and the property itself is very well cared for. Staff at the bars and restaurant on site are very nice and the front desk staff couldn’t be...

Very good

Nice place

We got a room on 12th floor and the view was facinating. Very spacious, clean rooms were provided. They provided with all kitchen utensils. Flippers on the bay is best and you will get free break fast for all days of your stay. Will visit again!

Perfect place to stay

I have to say that the location was great , its near everything you will need such as a grocery store, walgreens for an unexpected cold(which I got), restaurants and 10min drive from seista beach(which is a phenomenal beach). The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was very warming and welcoming.yes they did have a/c window units but ours was not loud . The kitchen was equipped with about everything you would need to make a meal. The bedroom was comfortable...

Loved this little gem of a tropical paradise. I live in Naples and familiar with this area, but not the hotel. Needed a get away for my brother and his new wife. This hotel is really condo units set within a tropical setting. There is an entire courtyard or botanical type garden in the center, which I think all rooms have a view of. Within this botanical or tropical garden areas there are large ponds stocked with fish, turtles and ducks. There are gas grills to use for cookouts and the condo...

My boyfriend & I stayed for 8 days & 7 nights....The hotel was very nice & the beach was amazing and only steps away from the hotel center. We loved using the kayaks & paddleboards that are included in the stay! We were able to get fresh towels for the beach as often as we liked. Staff was very helpful! The bar & restaurant on site are a little pricey but the food was good. Many restaurants are close by and we explored off the island to eat! Dixie fish co. in Fort Myers beach was one of our...
