Location at the base of gondolas. Beautiful terrace pool. Great food; but what stood out was the service from hotel staff. They were fun and helpful with everything.

This was a dream come true for us to be able to go back in time and stay at the Beaumont. However, not sacrificing any comforts. The spa lotions, the pillows, the bed , the robes,the tub and on and on. We loved it. We also loved the view from the second floor, breathtaking!

First time in Telluride, and it couldn't have gone more perfectly. Please note, I am not one to dump blanket praise. I am known to be pretty tough. Now, the Franz Klammer....stayed in room 403 and it is a spacious 2 full bedrooms (king size beds) and full baths (giant jacuzzi tubs, double sinks, the whole bit). Gas fireplace, 3 TVs with Direct TV and DVD players...small kitchen but fully stocked and equipped with top line appliances (Refrig/Freezer, dishwasher, micowave, cooktop and oven). ...

Everything about the wine country inn is top notch. This is our "go to" lodging when visiting the Palisade area. I-70 is nearby and sometimes noisy (if you're on the north side). Some of the windows on the south side are inoperable, so that can be a problem if one craves fresh air. The only additional thing I would love to see would be an all year pool, but that's a tall order, I admit. Maybe some type of seasonal enclosure that could be rolled back as seasonally needed. Just a suggestion! ;-)

We loved our visit and can't wait to go back. Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess and could not be any nicer, she is a great asset!

Five-star service. Newly renovated lobby, lounge and dining areas are stunningly beautiful.

Very clean and very comfortable!!! Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff member that checked me in was very welcoming and friendly. We were just passing through for a night so we didn’t get to take advantage of everything they offer but we will definitely be back. The room was very clean (not a speck of dust!) and the beds, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable.

Nice, quiet and quaint hotel. Check in super easy as all the info texted to me prior to arriving. No elevator and stairs are a bit steep so be warned.

Great stay all around. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and the cappuccino was delicious. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My dad enjoyed the casino although the casino was very stingy with their winnings on the slot machines. Roulette was a blast. We had a great time.

Despite a very frustrating Expedia experience wherein I received a confirmed reservation from Expedia for my stay and informing me that there was no need to confirm with the hotel, I did anyway and learned that the last day of my stay was not on the hotel's reservation list and as the hotel was fully booked I was out of luck. This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything about it was top notch. The service was impeccable everywhere - from the Front Desk to the Room Service to the shuttle service to the ski concierge. it was not a one time deal - every person we met was aimed at outstanding customer service.
