The Lake Hotel Killarney

"The view from the Lake Hotel is absolutely stunning, overlooking Lough Leane and the Killarney National park. There are beautiful hikes from the hotel such as to Torc waterfall and Muckross House nearby. The breakfast and dining options were exceptional and with that view every meal was an experience! All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return when we are back in Killarney again."

"The room was very spacious and felt premium. However, one of the curtains was damaged, and there was a large stain on the carpet. Though this was only minor as they were only slight cosmetic issues. The biggest issue was the air-conditioning as it barely even worked. We actually found it was more cooling to open the window. If you’re booking because their air conditioning I recommend you book elsewhere. Overall, it was really nice, and the restaurant was also great, I recommend you get the chocolate orange pudding. Also, remember to bring a swim cap as they require it at the pool. They do have swim caps for purchase for €4 if you don’t pack one as well."

"2 night stay in twin room, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, every where was very clean and felt well maintained. Would definitely recommend. Especially liked the added bonus of bike hire to explore the park."

"Great room. Very nice breakfast. Free parking onsite, although somewhat narrow parking spaces. Very centrally located, close to bars are restaurants but not loud at all."
